         Service Advisor:

We are currently recruiting Service Advisors! Successful candidates will have experience working in a high volume dealership and/or other automotive facility. On average, we service 3000 vehicles a month and the majority of vehicles bought here are serviced here!! You must have a good driving record and provide a current copy of your driver’s license. We will also train a highly motivated individual who has all the tools to be successful but may lack the experience.

The Service Advisor position consists of greeting customers, determining the type of services required on the vehicle, writing repair orders (to be used throughout the process), communicating with and managing a team of technicians, and following up with customers regarding repairs, costs, and completion times.

In addition, a successful candidate will be neat in appearance, cheerful, have excellent communication and organizational skills (attention to details), customer service skills, and a sense of urgency. A positive, proactive relationship with the customer is essential to success in this position.

You may expect to earn between $ 40,000 and $80,000, or more, per year.

Technician:

We are currently recruiting Technicians! Successful candidates will have experience working in a high volume dealership and/or other automotive facility. On average, we service 3000 vehicles a month and the majority of vehicles bought here are serviced here!! You must have a good driving record and provide a current copy of your driver’s license.

Technicians identify problems with the vehicles brought in for service. Technicians need to have experience in basic repair jobs, such as oil changes, engine tune ups, brakes, suspension, electrical, heating and cooling systems, etc. Honda training is provided on a continuous basis. A basic knowledge of computer skills is essential.

In addition, a successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills (attention to details), customer service skills, and a sense of urgency. A positive, proactive attitude is essential to success in this position.

You can expect to make between $30,000 and $80,000, or more, per year.

Cashier:

We are currently recruiting Cashiers! Successful candidates will have a willingness to work in a high volume atmosphere. The Cashier works with everyone and all departments. Full and part time positions are available. It is a great opportunity to earn extra money while still attending school.

Cashiers are a vital part of our day-to-day operations and have a wide array of responsibilities! Cashiers handle the majority of transactions in the dealership and interact with the most customers. For Service, they tend to the customers that are picking up their vehicles and paying for repairs. For Sales, they tend to the customers that are buying new or used vehicles. In addition, Cashiers answer the main phone line and direct calls to the appropriate party.

In addition, a successful candidate will be neat in appearance, cheerful, have excellent communication and organizational skills (attention to details), customer service skills, and a sense of urgency. A positive, proactive attitude is essential to success in this position.

Many of our cashiers have been promoted to other positions within the company.

Valet:

We are currently recruiting Valets! Successful candidates will have experience working in a high volume dealership and/or other automotive facility. On average, we service 3000 vehicles a month! You must have a good driving record and provide a current copy of your driver’s license.

Valets are a vital part of our day to day operations and have a wide array of responsibilities! Valets manage the lot (front and back), assist Service Advisors, assist Technicians, assist Sales, work as a liaison with other departments, prep vehicles for delivery, and much more! Training is provided.

In addition, a successful candidate will be neat in appearance, cheerful, have excellent communication and organizational skills (attention to details), customer service skills, and a sense of urgency. A positive, proactive attitude is essential to success in this position.

Many of our valets have been promoted to Supervisors, Technicians and Service Advisors.
